The worst app and bank I havd ever used! first of all the app often crashes for no reason! It is very costly to even perform a simple transaction! Both depositing and withdrawing money costs you a fortune! How come that is fair at all?! They use your money and still charge you for using it! I miss my bank services in the UK. they used to be great!

Thev very bad app they steal your money I got free credit card with a delivery from Baghdad to SULAYMNYEA without paying any amount of money even to the guy who delivered the card, and I don't pay fee to the card every year but this app and this scam bank they give u the card for money if they delivered the card to you, they will take from you ×100 they steal from you without you know it they take your money when you buy something, and they don't give u what you buy it they charge you every year

This app is such an embarrassment to its users, I have tried to pay with this app 5 times in shops when I forgot my wallet, 4 of the 5 times I couldn't pay because it asks for update every week, and it asks for national IDs every week, such an embarrassment, and it is not user-friendly at all, what a bank is it that you can't pay %80 of the times because of mandatory updates and national ID verifications every time
