★★☆☆☆ Of PNC, 5/3, US Bank, and FirstMerchantsBank, this is by far the worst to negotiate to needed window. It takes an entire page of instructions that I keep on file, to make my way to needed transactions.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst banking app. Tried several times using the app for depositing checks. Constant issues with authentication / logging in. Not intuitive, redundant keystrokes, doesn't let you know when you are locked out. Spent more time on phone with resetting password than actually depositing checks. Don't download this app! Your time will be better spent diving to branch for banking needs. FYI-Business debit card needs form to allow cash withdrawals- can only be used for purchases. Recode
