Had some trouble with the name on the account and the name on the check. My mother is deceased, and I was POA and TTEE. The technology, of course, wouldn't know this. Staff at the bank were very helpful and the deposit was successful after several attempts.

Everything is so easy! At 1st. There was prob. With the site but the people in lake benton location were wonderful & didn't give up until it was working correctly! Very kind people there! But it's been working great ever since.

I hate it it is so unfriendly And very hard to use. The co-op credit union has a much better app. The whole experience I have with this app is terrible and the online banking is the worse I have every felt with I really HATE!!! I still hate it. Capturing picture of check is so difficult.
