Had a rash under my arm. It wasn't going away with common store brands and to see a doctor in my area is a full month out. I went through first stop, and they set me up with a prescription in less than an hour. Plus the gal I spoke to was super nice, confirming everything I had said so I knew she was actually paying attention.

Had my first visit yesterday. Experience was relatively east to set up. Cannot leave a review of the Dr visit in the app, apparently I don't have "access" to do so. Also, cannot download the Dr note for my son to go back to school - says it doesn't have storage access but when I try to add it, the app doesn't ask for it or mention anywhere in the settings that it needs it, so I can't add it. Had to take screenshot of the note instead to print out. Overall, it's ok. Will try it again if/when needed.

So, it used to work fine, and it works fine on my fiancés phone. But any time I try to use the app, it will refresh what I'm doing every 2 seconds and takes me to the "please wait" screen I cannot even book an appointment. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, almost anything you can think of. It has been like this for just a little less than a year.

The app is easy enough to navigate, but they only show past doctor appointments, not counseling services (even though they have a tab for counseling visits), there's no way to contact who you're working with outside of reaching out to the FSH general call center where they don't know what they're doing, hang up on you, and can only seem to request someone call you back from a number that's likely going to be flagged as spam by your service provider.

Use this app cause it free to use threw my employer. Son was sick with fever of 101.0 so I try making an appointment the first appointment the doctor called me but the connection was poor on his end, so he said he would call right back. After 40 mins of waiting and no call back. I made another appointment and still no call, finally after three attempts and no calls. I called the 800 number explained what happened to a lady named Diana she told me she would have a doc call Never received a call
