Seemless telehealth visit. My only issue is the same "storage" permission issue the previous reviewer mentioned. I granted all permissions available and updated the app. And still cannot download my note.

The app is easy enough to navigate, but they only show past doctor appointments, not counseling services (even though they have a tab for counseling visits), there's no way to contact who you're working with outside of reaching out to the FSH general call center where they don't know what they're doing, hang up on you, and can only seem to request someone call you back from a number that's likely going to be flagged as spam by your service provider.

Use this app cause it free to use threw my employer. Son was sick with fever of 101.0 so I try making an appointment the first appointment the doctor called me but the connection was poor on his end, so he said he would call right back. After 40 mins of waiting and no call back. I made another appointment and still no call, finally after three attempts and no calls. I called the 800 number explained what happened to a lady named Diana she told me she would have a doc call Never received a call

Bug Issues! Can't log in unless every time I reset my password. So silly, and I'm trying to added info for my visit on Monday. Go to website and when you click profile it brings you to the app. What a pain! I even uninstalled and re-downloaded. Maybe the recent update caused the issue IDK.
