Have not had any issues with this like other reviewers. Perhaps that's because I first created my new account access on the web interface before using this app.

It works fine for me. I had already established a new username and password on my laptop, so it was easy to log in after verifying through text message. When I called my branch though the girl was dumb for not telling me to reinstall...figured that out on my own. Hire smarter people First Capital!

The rating is for the app. The minus star is for the transition. The old app should have given notice instead of error, & most people's frustration is from having to log in with their account # as username & last 6 digits of social as password in order to create a new username / password on this platform. L'd say more for better transitioning but no space. Know that the app is done well & read how to login on FCCU's main webpage. On mobile deposit, I'd make picture first then amount for clarity.

App is absolute garbage, old password and username doesn't work, entered all information correctly for "new account" and almost locked me out of my bank account, old app was much better and actually worked, fix it.

Its horrible not happy with it old way was much easier with multiple accounts. Getting locked out all the time. Resetting password pain in butt. Has to be better was way. I'm so frustrated the teller tells me to come to back to show. I was in for an over a month and then boom I just get locked out. Same passwords for both accounts. Fix the system......

Got a letter in the mail detailing setup differently then what's portrayed. I also cant log in on the website or the app. Attempted to create account but states one already exists, just to not be able to log in with my same username and password as always. No other prompts to set up.

Application not allowing temporary password to be sent locked out.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
