You will need to register your electric account online to take advantage of the billing features, and enroll in eBill to view your entire bill statement. FirstEnergy serves electric utility customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland and New York.

Can't see West Virgina outages When I go to click on outages then Maryland/West Virginia won't bring up state of outages started doing this last night but it will let you see NJ and Ohio who do you contact about this????

Completely Useless Cannot pay by credit card on app or on website because the website will not let you change the credit card number. It keeps saying that there is an error and kicks me out. I have never had so much trouble just trying to pay a bill. Absolutely maddening.

Bite me Can't log in with account number because we have a user name online. You locked my account on the first try. Phone line is a robot that hung up the phone when my kid got close and asked me a question. good job
