I was able to easily book a suitable appointment for the same night. I received both text and email reminders beforehand. Despite a connection issue, we spoke over the phone, and they were able to answer my query, provide good advice and tell me what to watch out for that would require a visit to the vets. Was meant to be included with my insurance, but it wouldn't let me add the insurance kept saying no policy found. Contacted them and insurance company both was either ignorant or useless responses, if any. Deleted first vet account and also changed insurance.
