PAWP APP helped us out with our baby Frito we subscribed to Walmart Plus and one of their perks were 24/7 online Vet care through "PAWP APP" well we didn't think we would be needing this but boy were we wrong today FRITO was having these throwing up spells. Our options were limited until I remembered we had 24/7 ONLINE VET CARE. Through the WALMART PLUS APP. Dr. Mari helped us out by accessing what was wrong by giving us technical but easy INSTRUCTIONS on what to look for. THANKS AGAIN

Waste of time and purpose seems misleading. I waited an hour between on LVT hanging up while I was typing my question only for the 2nd time to get an actual vet that basically said they couldn't give me any info or tell me what was safe for the dog to take it seems very misleading to call this 24/7 vet and pet care. Waste of an hour. What is the point of this service. I was asking about meds she is already on & interactions and safety and suggestions and my regular vet was closed.

Pawp is a Walmart+ perk. So I needed to get flea meds for one of my cats and all I need is a prescription and/or vet info to send to Amazon to purchase the product. They hype the 24/7 live access to licensed vet professionals but nowhere in the basic marketing or during the signup phase do they mention that there is an ADDED FEE to have the vet prescribe flea meds. This is useless to me as I need easy online access to pet care/prescription services. Also, no place to say pet is/was pregnant

Frustration all around! This app and service is completely useless. Their customer service is completely unhelpful indefinitely lacked any form of compassion or care regarding issues and questions I have access through Walmart plus and thank God cuz if I had to pay for a membership I would be livid! They tell you 24/7 access to vet care but when you try to access the vet care they give you appointment times a week out I can get in faster to my regular vet. Don't bother with this app/service
