I signed in using my Hot wire account, but it says I don't have a valid TV account which is totally inaccurate

I just called customer service, and they told me the Hot wire Fision app is not compatible with a laptop computer. What? The app itself states compatible with all devices. Apparently that is a lie to help sign people up. I'm still not sure about what others are saying about the app not working when you leave your home. Why have the app at all if it won't work with a computer or when you leave your home? I can't believe my HOA went with this provider without investigating its limitations.

I rate this company the worst company for Wi-Fi or for anything because they don't have the channels that you want. And then they overcharge you. So this company is robbed. They robbed the clients
