Initial Problems But Now Works Like A Charm Had problems initially trying to connect the Fitbug Orb with my phone; it wasn't being picked up via Bluetooth. The solution was taking the battery out of the Orb, putting it back in and than following the set up steps once again. Recognised by Bluetooth and now works perfectly. The actual Orb is small and lightweight, you ain't even notice it; I just slip it into my pocket and it counts my steps all day. A big thumbs up 👍

Easy to use Only takes a few minutes to set up. No problems synching device. Particularly like the sleep monitor as am restless sleeper - helped raise awareness of lack of sleep (in my case) so able to consciously change sleeping habits. Feel better already!!

Fitbug Air Thank god I didn't spend money on this. Got it for free at work. I'm not tech savvy but followed all instructions & got to the point where I think I synched it w/my phone, paired the thing w/the app; it says it's paired, it can see it, but my steps are not showing up in the app. It took forever for my steps to show up on the device as well; today they are not showing up at all. WAY too complicated! Really, I have to have Bluetooth enabled on my phone for this thing to work? It's on but NOT working.

So frustrating Data doesn't sync from the orb to my app and the sleep data didn't pick anything up. Very weak product, no wonder it's being given to businesses for free.
