Fitissimo offers you the unique possibility to receive individualized exercise routines for your instrument for the warm-up before playing, the targeted loosening during practice breaks and also the cool-down afterwards. For this purpose, a pool of several hundred individual exercises is available, which have been developed by a team of international experts from the fields of physiology, psychomotricity, motology and physiotherapy. The special expertise of the team members is demonstrated by the fact that they are not only among the best in their field from a medical point of view, but are all active musicians themselves - some of them even have degrees in concert performance.
