The best Wellness app I ever used. It has all aspects you can think of, support groups, help from Doctors, phycologist, trainer, nutritionist, physician. Has recipes based on category, training that are done by live people every minute, not just them saying do 10 push-ups, during the training the trainers constantly keep motivating and pushing you. Also included are various educational videos on many categories, and also face fitness. Recommend it 100000 %

Very helpful and friendly. Coach and whole team are amazing, always open for helping in nutrition, exercises, support from psihologists, so many educational services ect. They are working on improvements and that is really amazing watching details they are focusing on and you as client have so many opportunities, and you can use them daily, the ehole day, week, month whenever you want.
