Comments on Fitness Integrated Science TV for Android
★★★★★
Lauren is by far the best fitness instructor! She really cares about her students and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I am lucky to be able to take her classes in person, but when I can't these videos are easy to understand and follow. Thanks for another excellent service Lauren Eirk!

I love this app! Lauren is an excellent teacher and guide for my fitness. One of the best features is where the workouts are grouped by time. So when I don't have time to work out during the day, I go to the 15-minute ones and get it in before I go to bed. My favorite 15 min is for the neck. It relieves my neck stress pain every time.
