Update: they emailed me back within an hour and got it working, so I'm a very happy customer again. ’D First review: Literally doesn't work, hopefully someone from support will get back with me or else I'll just be showing up to these classes. I've waited a week for this thing to work, and I miss my work-outs.

The password requirements are very particular without being specific, and I never received the verification code to establish my account. I had to contact the helpdesk to access my profile. Once I was provided with my log in info, the app would not display any future class schedules. I have reached out to the helpdesk again. I know it's not me because I had a friend attempt to make an account as well, and she was unable to do so without the helpdesk.

Set up an account and tried to log in. Verification code is not working. Tried to log in with the password I set up & this doesn't work. Tried to reset password & verification code wasn't sent to my phone.
