How to correctly wear your FITTR HART Ring For best performance and accurate readings, we recommend wearing your HART Ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. Middle and ring fingers work too, if that’s what you prefer. Just make sure that the ring fits securely and comfortably around the base of your finger - not too loose, not too tight. Note: the ring’s sensor should face the palm side of your finger and not the top.

Bought the ring in early May 2025 and highlighted issues with step count and calories burnt data. Had multiple calls with them to sort out the issue but to no avail. The difference in step count is to the tune of 2500-3000 steps for 10000 steps.they tried doing a lot of troubleshooting, but it did not work. Had multiple calls with them regarding the data on calories burnt which seems way off the mark. There is gross underreporting of calories burnt. Ring replaced recently but same issues persist

I bought the ring last summer. Soon it started having battery/connectivity issues where it would die randomly and not connect. After fitter support trying to troubleshoot it unsuccessfully they asked me to return the ring for a replacement. I am based on the USA, and they have no way to replace/pick it without me shipping the ring to them. Poor support and extra charges incurred if abroad. Clarify on support if you get a damaged product before buying.

The application's ring update data is inaccurate unless the app is open, and sleep data synchronization with Samsung Health and Apple Health is desired.

I spoke to Fitter HART Ring customer service and recently learned that if you wash your hands with cold water at +10 °C in winter, the HART Ring may stop working because it goes into hibernation, so you have to keep putting it back on the charger.
