I’m really impressed with the HART ring so far. The battery lasts much longer than expected, and it’s easy to wear all day and night without discomfort. The sleep-tracking and HRV/VO₂max metrics are very useful and the app UI is clean and easy to navigate. Buy this ring, and you will sign up to be an unpaid developer for the product. The hardware has connectivity issues and the software has a lot of bugs. The ring goes kaput, and you will keep wondering what happened till a few hours later it will perhaps reboot. The charger does not have voltage control, so your ring will think it's fully charged, and will only be 20% charged. The app software will hang from time to time and misreport your workout data. Poor interface, zero memory.

The application's ring update data is inaccurate unless the app is open, and sleep data synchronization with Samsung Health and Apple Health is desired.

I spoke to Fitter HART Ring customer service and recently learned that if you wash your hands with cold water at +10 °C in winter, the HART Ring may stop working because it goes into hibernation, so you have to keep putting it back on the charger.

Bought the ring in early May 2025 and highlighted issues with step count and calories burnt data. Had multiple calls with them to sort out the issue but to no avail. The difference in step count is to the tune of 2500-3000 steps for 10000 steps.they tried doing a lot of troubleshooting, but it did not work. Had multiple calls with them regarding the data on calories burnt which seems way off the mark. There is gross underreporting of calories burnt. Ring replaced recently but same issues persist
