Difficult to link to Samsung health, only managed to link after going into Samsung health settings, data permissions, Fit vault, then removed all permissions, went back 1 step, opened permissions again then selected all permissions again. Closed all, then opened Fit Vault to link and that worked, hope this works for who ever reads this.

Doesn't want to sync with fitness device, even though the device is connected to the Fit Vault app. Really frustrating to not reach my goals on Multiply, because of Fit Vault not updating my activities.

Cannot sync to Samsung health even though I have followed the steps on 2 separate phones. Won't sync and says no connection even though I have functioning data and Wi-Fi. Has cost me numerous momentum health days due to this glitch. Fix this as this is not a new problem!!!!

Absolute piece of rubbish app and support. Can't sync with Strata due to a cannot connect to internet error, whilst there is nothing wrong with my internet. Momentum will soon see serious customer drop-offs. Syncing with Google fit and Huawei health is not working since the beginning of 2020.
