Fitzenia is a calorie counter and macro tracker built for body recomposition — cutting, bulking, maintaining, reverse dieting — with calorie targets that adapt to your real weight trend and an AI coach grounded in what you actually log.
Most calorie tracking apps hand you a static number and leave you alone with it. Fitzenia treats your food log as evidence: it learns your real energy needs from your data, adjusts your plan as your body changes, and now puts a coach on top that can actually explain what is going on.
MEET FITZY — AN AI COACH THAT READS YOUR DATA
Fitzy is not a generic chatbot. Before answering, it reviews your profile, goals, calorie targets, today's meals, and your weight trend — you can watch it check your diary in real time. Ask why your weight stalled this week, whether your protein is on track, or how to handle a restaurant weekend mid-cut, and the answer is about you, not about an average person.
- Grounded in your logged food, weight entries, targets, and goals
- Remembers your preferences across conversations with Coach Notes
- You decide when to enable it, and you can review and delete what it saves
- Honest guidance for nutrition and training questions
ADAPTIVE TDEE THAT LEARNS FROM YOU
Your true daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is recalculated from what you eat and how your weight actually moves — like having a nutrition coach re-check your maintenance calories every day. No resetting your plan every two weeks.
PHASES THAT MATCH YOUR GOAL
Cut, bulk, maintain, reverse diet, or recomp. Switch phases when your goal changes, and your calorie target, macro split, and pace adapt with you.
LOG FOOD WITHOUT THE FRICTION
- Barcode scanner — always free
- AI meal photo logging: snap a plate, review the estimate, adjust, log
- Custom foods, saved meals, and one-tap re-logging
- Smart suggestions when it is time for your usual meal
- Meal reminders with quick-add straight from the notification
SEE YOUR GOAL COME INTO FOCUS
The AI body projection turns your starting point, goal weight, and estimated body fat into visual previews of your transformation along the way. Previews are estimates and clearly labeled as such — motivation, not a promise.
PROGRESS BEYOND THE SCALE
- Weight, body fat percentage, and BMI trends with weekly averaging
- Four-pose progress photos (front, sides, back) with a comparison slider
- On-device AI insights that put your week into words, on supported devices
CONNECTED AND DEPENDABLE
- Syncs weight, steps, and activity with Health Connect
- Offline-first: your food diary works without a connection and syncs later
- Your data follows you across devices
BUILT ON EVIDENCE
Calorie and macro guidance follows published sources — Mifflin-St Jeor for resting metabolic rate, CDC references for BMI, ISSN recommendations for protein — and the app shows you those sources. Food data draws on Open Food Facts and a curated food database.
