Can you not use doordash for 3rd party delivery they are bad? They steal items, they don't check if they grab the full order, and they take over an hour to deliver no matter the time or location. Then doordash customer service refuse to take any complaints and tells me to contact you. You are fine, the problem is doordash drivers. As long as you use doordash, I'm no longer a custom. You can literally give it to a homeless person without a vehicle, and it will get to me faster and with all items.

won't let me order. Put in the exact address and still being told there's no nearby locations. I have location on, parked in front of the restaurant and still says no locations nearby.

Useless. I've been trying to order from work ALL week. The app lets me get everything together then says it can't contact Five Guys. I have not gotten anything. ALL WEEK. Yeah. Done wasting time on this. If I can't order ahead its just not going to happen, because at work. Only so much time to waste and waiting AT Five Guys takes years. So farewell Five Guys. I may try it again. When I remember you. ✌🏽 FYI. The web does nothing. You are then switched to the useless app to place the order.

The app itself is made okay. It's ui trips on itself a bit, but the issue is that there's no good way to get issues resolved. Restaurants will get orders wrong. That's a guarantee. What isn't acceptable is having to Google assistance after the text line sends you to the restaurant who says they can't help you, so you call door dash who says they can't help you and sends you to the five guys app that'll send a report to the restaurant that couldn't help you in the first place. It took 30 minutes.
