I rate this a 5 because I really missed Five Guys Burgers & Fries, and it's closing its doors for good. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, I don't to many Restaurants. Instead, I order it from the Menu. I'll be shocked if it went out of business permanently. I just got a New Phone from US Cellular and I Download this App from Google Play Store. It needs to be reviewed before you get your Device Settings from Google Play Store. Make sure you write a feedback and tell others what you think should happen.

If you're having difficulty placing an order it's probably because the bank is holding funds back because I had to transfer funds said I had enough funds but not enough to release the funds that I needed for the order so even though it says I had the funds some of it was on hold, so I had to contact my bank which was a bit of a regular time to have an easy-peasy lemon squeeze order

Okay, so I haven't eaten here yet. I took a friend to pick up lunch for her and the family. OMG‼️ the burgers look beautiful and delicious, you can add or delete toppings, they even have on their menu: A Hamburger, A Cheeseburger very clear, no confusion as to cheese or no cheese thank you. I was able to sample the basic fries I really liked them. I am going to eat there soon, I'll update my review.

Useless. I've been trying to order from work ALL week. The app lets me get everything together then says it can't contact Five Guys. I have not gotten anything. ALL WEEK. Yeah. Done wasting time on this. If I can't order ahead its just not going to happen, because at work. Only so much time to waste and waiting AT Five Guys takes years. So farewell Five Guys. I may try it again. When I remember you. ✌🏽 FYI. The web does nothing. You are then switched to the useless app to place the order.

It's quite possible this is the worst restaurant app out of all apps. Basic functionality doesn't work. I cannot add an item to the cart, then go read a text, and then come back to the cart and still have the item in it. Unreal. Also, it is too hard to reorder items from a previous order. I get errors telling me they no longer offer little cheeseburgers. Of course, they do
