Ethan in the Prescott store is a super employee I made a mistake setting up my app and I used my location sitting in the parking lot in Prescott, and it sent my food order to pv he took care of everything and while I waited for food when the dinner rush started, and he was amazing to watch. So quick and so easy to place my order and everything was right there on the menu easy to find and navigate I couldn't ask for a better ordering experience from the best burger place ever!! Can you not use doordash for 3rd party delivery they are bad? They steal items, they don't check if they grab the full order, and they take over an hour to deliver no matter the time or location. Then doordash customer service refuse to take any complaints and tells me to contact you. You are fine, the problem is doordash drivers. As long as you use doordash, I'm no longer a custom. You can literally give it to a homeless person without a vehicle, and it will get to me faster and with all items.

One of the worst food ordering apps I have ever used. So much counterintuitive flows and ways to accidentally delete an entire cart without any warning. Give users a warning if what they're about to do will reset their entire cart!!!

The app itself is made okay. It's ui trips on itself a bit, but the issue is that there's no good way to get issues resolved. Restaurants will get orders wrong. That's a guarantee. What isn't acceptable is having to Google assistance after the text line sends you to the restaurant who says they can't help you, so you call door dash who says they can't help you and sends you to the five guys app that'll send a report to the restaurant that couldn't help you in the first place. It took 30 minutes.
