I love the fact you can get points for discounts. I can't tell what the difference is between points & rewards. It will say I've got 4 rewards & 60 points so someone plz tell me what the difference is

I have not been getting points credited to my account when making purchases at Goodwill even though I make sure the cashier's say my name after inputting my phone #. I have reached out to Customer Service at least 3 times about this and have had no response, automated messages saying someone will get back to me, and it doesn't happen. My account also shows my last Goodwill visit was late August when I have gone multiple times to different locations all using the 5 Stars program.

I've done everything I possibly can to update my new phone number. 2 weeks later and still no response. I've emailed, requested on webpage and nothing. Guess I lose all my points. I'll need to open a mock email and restart. I probably just won't participate and delete the App part 2 update. Went to our local Spangles. They verified our new phone number is active. Can't sign into the app. Says email is already associated. I know! It's mine! I'm done, screw the rewards! My new reward? Being done!
