I would like to rate zero if it is possible because Finally couldn't protect me from the hacker so that the hacker didn't hack my phone by an IP, it was invisible. Finally just prevents some apps and domains connect to internet, don't prevent connections from any IP or IPless reach.

It calls home. A firewall should NEVER call home. The IP-Adresses that is trying to call are owned by Dedicate Noc. Probably a cloud server of the developer. But that's not all, amazon aws and other git servers are also called. Sorry, but this app is not to be trusted... Edit: sorry but I do not see the "easy conclusions". Firewalls should not do tracking therefore should not employee a third party to do it instead, no matter the purpose. If you need money, ask for it and keep the software clean.
