This app and the new version are absolutely terrible. I try to log in, and it keeps telling me it can't validate with the info I put in. I spend about 20 minutes trying to use different combinations to log in, and then I finally try to hit the forgot username/password. And then that's messed up too This happens every month I try to pay my mortgage bill. This is the third bank that has had my loan since buying my house, and I'm hoping and praying that another bank takes over my mortgage. Just awful.
