Too many notifications. I get the same notification every 30 minutes. When notifications are turned off, app won't start. Don't force the user to accept notifications, this should be our choice. Too many permissions. Why do you need access to my contacts & phone records? Why do you want access to ALL of my Google Fit data when all you need is the step count? What are you doing with all of this data?? Very concerning when it comes to privacy.

Beware!! I wuld like to share my awful experience with flash Health. Since I am in home quarantine, I have order some medicines, After I unpacked the parcel I noticed all the paracetamol tablets are nt labelled and just white tablets. I request for an explanation or rend the proper medicines becze I am really in need for medicines. I got the reply tht they wl contact me regarding this. Last 24 hours I didn't get any reply and bcz of ths I wanted to delay my treatment. Learn ethics first.

I uninstalled the app as it keeps asking for Gmail log in and there's no way forward if you don't. Not at all user-friendly. There's no clear navigation to pick what you want and proceed to payment. Wasted some time too.

Not recommended due to its inherent non-standard nature. Significant improvements are necessary as the app's functionality is confusing. In particular, the disgusting method used to consult experts (1st advice) underlining the poor quality of their service. A long confusing process of waiting. I've been waiting more than an hour for 3 consultation. But, It didn't work. Whatever your reason AS A CUSTOMER HATES THIS CONFUSING STUFF.

Worst app for AIA users,,,appointments available on following day, you can't get medical advance when you need it most if you are a AIA user .
