Late delivery and very poor service. No proper communication or timely response. Really disappointing experience. Life pharmacy delivery service is faster than them.

Disappointed the delivery said it will be delivered on the same day, but it's all Lie. It will be delivered on the next day without any update sms. I would not order again on My Aster.

Hello, I placed an order for my baby’s milk through your app because it clearly stated Express Service (1–2 hours), and the price was the same as in pharmacies. After placing the order, I received an email saying delivery would take 1–3 days. This is not acceptable. If your app advertises express delivery in 1–2 hours, customers expect exactly that—especially for pharmaceutical and baby products, which are often urgent. People place these orders because they need them quickly.
