I had very bad experience with this application. Once u order medicine for emergency they will not show u delivery time, after making payment shows the delivery on next day. There are 100 options available in the market for fast delivery in 15 minutes. Once I report this case to customer care they not even take any initiative to prioritize the delivery as I mentioned to him its emergency medicine. Great service by aster👏

Disappointing app. Aster not doing anything about it. They stopped patient portal on website and the app does not sync the latest reports. Every need to call and beg for reports which are already paid for. Why can't reports be sent to the patients registered email when they are ready if the app cannot support the reports to be synced on realtime

Very Bad Service I have appointment at 2:40 I reach at 2:30. After reaching, I told at reception I have appointment he said go to other reception and take token then come again here, what means of advance appointment save our time. Last 5 days I want my prescription but I don't know why not I get my prescription. here is no option for 0 rating I give them 0 of 5 stars
