I had very bad experience with this application. Once u order medicine for emergency they will not show u delivery time, after making payment shows the delivery on next day. There are 100 options available in the market for fast delivery in 15 minutes. Once I report this case to customer care they not even take any initiative to prioritize the delivery as I mentioned to him its emergency medicine. Great service by aster👏

I received the wrong product and requested a replacement once received, yet I was told the return process would take five days. Customer service claimed it was the same product with new packaging, which was incorrect. The item delivered was for dry skin, while I ordered one for oily skin. How can customers trust a pharmacy whose staff cannot identify the difference between products? A pharmacy should understand medicines and skincare, not operate like a grocery store
