Very bad experience. They can't deliver at time. Always late after 2, 3 days. I submit oder medicine 23 jun 11am but my oder not receive at this time 24 jun 2 1pm very bad service

Doctor voice call me instead of Vedic call and prescribed me de warts lotion for genital area which burn my skin, he even doesn't share treatment on app just text me on WhatsApp and don't reply when I ask for indication and direction for use, he recommended me to use Aldara 5% cream twice a day and the FDA recommendation is 3 times per week and can't be used in combination with de wart lotion. His license should be canceled.

Hello Team, I would like to share feedback regarding the clinic app experience. When an order/appointment is cancelled, there is currently no proper status update, or tracking system visible to the user. It becomes difficult to know whether the cancellation request has been processed successfully or not. Additionally, there is no clear option, button, icon, or section available to track the refund fee/process status. Users should be able to easily see whether the refund is under process.

Ordered my medicine and now I want to cancel but the service is so pathetic that I can't even cancel it, tried to call them but all numbers switched off, super bad experience
