Very hard to get anyone on the phone with questions about my loan. Not very good business if you ask me. Right now waiting on a call back from a month ago. Thought you worked for me not against me? Again just not good business etiquette in my book.

The app is really easy to use and very useful, until it stops working. One day I opened the app to adjust my payment options and then suddenly it thinks I don't have a loan, and it says I need to apply for a loan. I talked to support for 3 days, and they were completely incompetent and unable to help me. I explained several times that the app is broken, and it won't let me manage my loan, and the last thing they told me was to try downloading the app because they think I am on the wrong website...

This is the most incompetent loan person I have ever experienced in 68 years. I have bought a lot of real estate during that time. Don't call this person unless you want him to waste your time!
