Struggled at first not knowing what icons were. Realized I have to put data on when out and about. A diagram in leaflet would be helpful and better information as to how the watch works. Other than those issues I am happy with perfect Alert watch. Family thinks it great as they can monitor where I am and if I am active. Good piece of kit. Had to buy magnetic strap as I couldn't fasten the strap to my wrist. Arthritic hands do better with the magnetic strap.

Can receiving the low battery notification be made optional. The wristband battery is so poor it's becoming an annoying daily notification. Or can it be only alerted if the battery gets extremely low, say 5%. But notification should still be made optional in any circumstances.

Cannot turn off watch low battery warning notification. It's annoying to receive them all the time. They're so frequent they're ignored.

The only reliable feature of this app is that it accurately tells you the amount of charge on the gps watch battery. The other features do not work properly. The location is inaccurate. Sometimes, my mother has travelled miles, but it still indicates she is near her home. The app indicates that the person wearing the watch is 'sedentary' pretty much all the time, even if they run or jump up and down or shake the watch violently. The message feature doesn't send messages, either.

This app does not do half the things it is claimed to do. As far as I can tell, it shows the last recorded location and battery life and that's about it. The actual monitoring device can't be configured from the app, and if the messaging feature does anything, I can't work it out. Not relevant to functionality, but the look and feel are inconsistent (even the name). Two stars because it does actually boot up reliably and hasn't crashed.
