FlexDash: Flex Cap & Mileage

FlexDash is the all-in-one app for gig delivery drivers. Track your miles, expenses, and earnings across Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, and more — all in one place.

AUTOMATIC MILEAGE TRACKING
Start driving and FlexDash tracks your miles in the background. No buttons to press, no odometer to read. Every mile is a tax deduction — FlexDash calculates it automatically using the IRS standard mileage rate ($0.725/mile for 2026).

• Auto-detect driving — zero battery drain while idle
• Background GPS — works even when you close the app
• Home geofencing — set your home, tracking starts when you leave
• Smart pause — pauses when you stop for gas, resumes when you drive
• Crash recovery — if the app closes, your miles are never lost

DEACTIVATION DEFENSE — ONLY IN FLEXDASH
Algorithms are tighter than ever. One late delivery can flag your account. FlexDash gives you the evidence to fight back.

• One-tap delay report — logs your GPS, timestamp, and a photo
• Smart detection — suggests logging when you're stuck 3+ minutes
• Professional Defense Report PDF — organized by platform with all evidence
• Send directly to Amazon or DoorDash support to appeal unfair actions
• No other mileage app protects your account like this

SCREENSHOT SCANNING
Take a screenshot of your Amazon Flex earnings screen and FlexDash extracts all your block data automatically using AI. No manual entry needed.

• Scan multiple screenshots at once
• AI extracts blocks, tips, adjustments, and payments
• Smart dedup — won't create duplicate entries

SMART EXPENSE TRACKING
Log gas, tolls, maintenance, and other costs in seconds. Snap a photo of your receipt and our AI reads it for you. Gas expenses show price per gallon and help other drivers find cheaper gas nearby.

TOLL AUTO-DETECTION
FlexDash detects when you pass through a toll plaza and automatically adds it to your expenses. Crowdsourced — every driver makes the toll database smarter. No more forgetting to log tolls.

MULTI-PLATFORM SUPPORT
Drive for multiple apps? FlexDash tracks everything separately. See exactly how much you make per hour on Amazon Flex vs DoorDash vs Uber. Know which platform pays best.

EARNINGS DASHBOARD
See your weekly earnings, hourly rate, and hours worked at a glance. Smart alerts warn you when you're approaching Amazon's 40-hour weekly cap.

TAX-READY EXPORTS
One tap generates an IRS-compliant mileage log PDF — ready for your accountant. Also download a CSV file for QuickBooks or Excel. Organized by platform with monthly breakdowns.

COMMUNITY GAS PRICES
See what other drivers near you are paying for gas. Share your price to help the community find cheaper fuel. The Waze effect for gas stations.

Recent changes:
• Spark miles are finally credited to Spark. Your per-station $/hr stops
being compared against a blank.
• A station with no tracked miles can no longer sit at the top of your
rankings on a rate that was never real.
• Password reset works. If you asked for a reset link before and it
never arrived, try again — this one fixes it.
