As was the case this morning it's sometimes painfully slow to order. Several times I've ordered lunch, and my child has received nothing and gone hungry. The response from Flexischools, "oh you need to take that up with the school". No refund. All care no responsibility while they profit. Edit: 2024 and still a terrible app. $1.50 inactive account fees with no clear option to refund your balance.

While it's a great tool to have for the kids, it's impossible to order a replacement card. I cancelled my daughters account, and I was never refunded back the $30 that was in her account!! And I'm still waiting for new card!?

The fees are excessive. A fee for each order, a fee to top up the account each time.
