This app makes organizing lunch orders so much easier! I love that I can order anytime, cancel an order if I have to and the customer service team were super helpful and responded immediately to my email and resolved the issue.

The fees are excessive. A fee for each order, a fee to top up the account each time.

Have to order items for 2 children, however have to process each child's order separately, therefore copping the transaction fee twice.

As was the case this morning it's sometimes painfully slow to order. Several times I've ordered lunch, and my child has received nothing and gone hungry. The response from Flexischools, "oh you need to take that up with the school". No refund. All care no responsibility while they profit. Edit: 2024 and still a terrible app. $1.50 inactive account fees with no clear option to refund your balance.
