Reliable, plus I love the fact that some of the buses have cellphone charger ports right under the seats 💺 The only issue I have right now is that the bus station is closed down & buses are scattered all over the place. Hurry up and fix what you're fixing and open back up please

Great service, Awesome prices! It's just 1 individual that needs to adjust "His" customer service skills & talk to the passengers respectfully & not say that "He doesn't care" if someone's unsatisfied then rushes off like some A'hole (Steve) 🫢 Did I just say that? This service sucks. Flex ride needs to go back to the previous providers which were golden limousine.

This is by far the worst service I have ever used. Had a ride booked and waited 30 minutes for the driver to cancel on me at the last minute with no call or anything. I call the office, which is completely useless, by the way, and very unhelpful. They tell me, "The best we can do is request another ride for you which will arrive in another hr and a half." Insane. We pay tax money on this sad excuse of public transportation, and people rely on this to get home safely, and it is very unreliable.
