Great service, Awesome prices! It's just 1 individual that needs to adjust "His" customer service skills & talk to the passengers respectfully & not say that "He doesn't care" if someone's unsatisfied then rushes off like some A'hole (Steve) 🫢 Did I just say that? Why yes I did! And meant it! Re-training him is his social skills would be better than firing him. Signed, The 1 who will "REVIEW" the company & it's "Worker's" with no hesitation

This is by far the worst service I have ever used. Had a ride booked and waited 30 minutes for the driver to cancel on me at the last minute with no call or anything. I call the office, which is completely useless, by the way, and very unhelpful. They tell me, "The best we can do is request another ride for you which will arrive in another hr and a half." Insane. We pay tax money on this sad excuse of public transportation, and people rely on this to get home safely, and it is very unreliable.

Poorly integrated with existing AATA infrastructure. The app itself is extremely limited as far as ability to schedule, and you'll end up needing to call anyway a good chunk of the time.
