Worked fine before. For whatever reason it no longer shows live data on the flow rate and glitches when I shut off the flow valve. Update: My phone shows that the app is on auto update, but it didn't. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it appears works fine now.

EDIT: I contacted Moen. Given hard reset instructions and it worked. Back to learning mode. We'll see how it goes next. My insurance recommended this product as I would receive a discount. I felt it offered great peace of mind. In fact, on another older home I was purchasing, my insurer wouldn't issue protection unless this device was installed. I had zero issues the first month I had it. Paired easily, Gave me precise readings and notifications. Suddenly 01/03/25 it stopped measuring anything

I would rate this app as a zero if I could select its true ranking. This app is useless for interfacing with the Flo by Moen emergency water shut off device when a notification is received. App is buggy/unstable and useless for trying to troubleshoot when the device would disconnect from the internet. Also, not great during device setup. Took the plumber who installed the Flo Device longer to navigate the app to synch the device to the internet than installing the hardware itself.

This is probably the worst app on my phone. Refuses to send push notifications, it'll turn your water off while you're showering if it isn't "at a usual time" and then when it shuts your water off, the app will refuse to open, so you're stuck soapy and wet having to go into your garage to manually turn it on. Don't even bother installing this app, it'll just piss you off.
