App is a little glitchy at times. However, I appreciate being able to control my water from afar. This has been a game changer since I had a supply line rupture. I am still suffering from PTSD.

EDIT: I contacted Moen. Given hard reset instructions and it worked. Back to learning mode. We'll see how it goes next. My insurance recommended this product as I would receive a discount. I felt it offered great peace of mind. In fact, on another older home I was purchasing, my insurer wouldn't issue protection unless this device was installed. I had zero issues the first month I had it. Paired easily, Gave me precise readings and notifications. Suddenly 01/03/25 it stopped measuring anything

On my 12th try to get past connecting Smart water leak detector to Wi-Fi. Device shows connected, and it shows connected in my Wi-Fi list but when I return to the Connect to Device the app stalls and only option is Retry which puts me in a "Groundhog Day" scenario. Go forward, go back retry, repeat. I would recommend people stay away from the app and consequentially stay away from the hardware.

I would rate this app as a zero if I could select its true ranking. This app is useless for interfacing with the Flo by Moen emergency water shut off device when a notification is received. App is buggy/unstable and useless for trying to troubleshoot when the device would disconnect from the internet. Also, not great during device setup. Took the plumber who installed the Flo Device longer to navigate the app to synch the device to the internet than installing the hardware itself.

Has Moen Flo app for several years. To the best of my knowledge, it has never had a meaningful upgrade. It still fails to identify and differentiate my irrigation system usage from a non-existent water softener. I have to set my daily usage limits artificially high in order to avoid the app sending false notifications. Very disappointing.

Latest version is crashing. Now I see why this app gets such low ratings. Incredibly frustrating to even get set up. Adding the shut-off valve has resulted in no device shown in the app, a web page for Moen Flo that never fully builds, and a prompt to add an Alexa skill that doesn't exist. If companies are going to embrace tech in their products, they need to commit the resources necessary to pull it and not this lame, half-hearted attempt that is of no use.
