App is a little glitchy at times. However, I appreciate being able to control my water from afar. This has been a game changer since I had a supply line rupture. I am still suffering from PTSD.

EDIT: I contacted Moen. Given hard reset instructions and it worked. Back to learning mode. We'll see how it goes next. My insurance recommended this product as I would receive a discount. I felt it offered great peace of mind. In fact, on another older home I was purchasing, my insurer wouldn't issue protection unless this device was installed. I had zero issues the first month I had it. Paired easily, Gave me precise readings and notifications. Suddenly 01/03/25 it stopped measuring anything

Valve is good app sucks. I hooked up first one kept going in and out of service. Ran it on my 2.4 side of Wi-Fi still kept going in and out. Reached out to Moen went through support with them, they decided I need a new one sent it too me. New one won't even hook up to internet, tired of this. Bought it in 2024 January, worst 600 ever should have bought cheaper one thought Moen was a good name. PS also paid the monthly fee figured might help it doesn't. Going to buy different product will never buy Moen

Has Moen Flo app for several years. To the best of my knowledge, it has never had a meaningful upgrade. It still fails to identify and differentiate my irrigation system usage from a non-existent water softener. I have to set my daily usage limits artificially high in order to avoid the app sending false notifications. Very disappointing.

I would rate this app as a zero if I could select its true ranking. This app is useless for interfacing with the Flo by Moen emergency water shut off device when a notification is received. App is buggy/unstable and useless for trying to troubleshoot when the device would disconnect from the internet. Also, not great during device setup. Took the plumber who installed the Flo Device longer to navigate the app to synch the device to the internet than installing the hardware itself.
