I love how versatile it is and how I can get a great workout at home quickly and without taking up too much space! The videos are easy to follow along and the exercises are very effective. These are the exercises that I prefer to do at home instead of the gym!

I'm really enjoying this two week challenge I signed up for. I was worried that the videos might be a little bit too short, but I'm getting a good exercise in a 12-15 minute session. I also like that the videos are a little bit shorter because it's helping me to learn proper technique when using my reformer. I'm hoping they continue to add more videos with a little more instructions on how to properly perform each exercise or include the proper breath work that goes along with them.

When I purchased the Flo Reformer Board, the app was included for free with NO subscription cost or option. After owning and utilizing the app for months, they now require a $9.99 monthly subscription. I am dissatisfied with the flo reformer app and reformer due to this false advertisement and service that was offered and then taken away after purchasing the board. My reformer board is also different from as advertised. DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD OR APP!!! It is a scam!

I bought the flo Pilates board along with a "free lifetime membership" to the app. Free videos for months, I felt great and was actually completing programs. Then they decided they were no longer going to honor their lifetime memberships and deceived us into a $9.99/mo subscription. They said we'll have better quality and more videos, 5 months and no new videos or programs. I know I'm not the only one paying a subscription, where is the $ going? Now the app crashes and refuses to load.
