Possible conflict Ever since loading this software, whenever I use IE, the Note_3 announces "page loading", "page loaded". Is there a conflict?.? Beyond that annoyance, what we have here is meerly a dictionary,which is not useful in going to the next step of language internationalism: on tbe fly phrase translation. Also, the dictnary does not discriminate between subtle linguistic equivalencey and preferred equivalency.
