FloatPrompt Teleprompter

FloatPrompt is a flexible teleprompter designed for recording videos, live streaming, online meetings, presentations, and public speaking.

Use full-screen mode for focused reading, or display an adjustable floating prompt over another app while recording or presenting.

Key features:

• Create, edit, search, favorite, duplicate, and organize scripts
• Import plain-text files or paste text from the clipboard
• Run scripts in full-screen or floating teleprompter mode
• Adjust font size, line spacing, margins, colors, alignment, and background opacity
• Control scrolling speed, countdown, reading position, pause, resume, and restart
• Use horizontal and vertical mirror modes
• Control full-screen playback with the device volume buttons
• Drag, resize, rotate, or lock the floating prompt window
• Create reusable profiles for different recording or presentation setups
• Import and export profiles
• Export and restore portable JSON backups

Your scripts and settings are stored locally on your device. No account or sign-in is required.

The floating teleprompter requires permission to display over other apps. A foreground-service notification is shown while the floating prompt is running. FloatPrompt does not access or record your camera, microphone, or screen content.

Recent changes:
- Lock can hold both window position and reading direction.
- Added "Lock includes screen orientation" beside Window rotation in the floating prompt settings.
