I paid for the lifetime subscription a year ago, and I was charged both for the lifetime and the annual. The annual just renewed again despite me reaching out to Google and emailing the developer several times with no response.

Ugh. This app continues to be way too frustrating for me...and I bought the lifetime pro. First, I have to skip intro AND renew my purchase EVERY single time I open it. 2nd- the overlay is absolutely terrible, difficult to change sizing, does NOT auto rotate when you turn cam sideways (like every other teleprompter) This teleprompter has so much potential but is so difficult to use. I always go back to nano teleprompter, so easy!! Prompter Pal is like pulling teeth to work it!!

Misleading "Free Trial" – Instantly Charged! I downloaded this app and tried to sign up for the free trial to bypass the extremely restrictive 2,000-character limit on the free version. Instead of giving me a trial, the app immediately deducted ₹460 from my account for a weekly subscription. I canceled the subscription within 10 minutes of the accidental charge and requested a refund through Google Play, which was instantly denied. It feels like a deceptive bait-and-switch trap designe
