2. Giving experts (coaches, consultants and people inside an organisation) access to our innovative Method Builder – which makes it easy for them to use their digitise their know-how to create these improvement tools.

3. Using Suny to connect you with the right improvement tool at the right time to maximise your growth. Suny is a powerful Augmented Intelligence Development Accelerator that synthesises 1500 scientific performance factors, based on 10 million samples to give everyone personalised insights and improvement suggestions in real time.

By making it easy for experts to digitise their expertise, and using AI to get it to you when you need it, you can “stand on the shoulders of giants” as you increase your capacity to flourish.

In each of your development worlds, you or the World admin can add Focus Areas – things you want to improve – and Suny supports you to achieve them . The app enables you to:

1. Quantify your current status – do ratings and diagnostics to help you get objective about your personal strengths & weaknesses, plus those of your team or organisation

2. Improve continuously – we make change easier by supporting you through an Action Learning Cycle where you:

• Explore a factor to understand why it matters and how it relates to you personally.

• Nurture it to build powerful capabilities and habits by being nudged to do small, regular skills-building activities.

• Reflect on your progress so you can make optimal adjustments to your development trajectory.

3. Accelerate progress – Suny uses the 500,000 connections in her AI brain to give you Insights on direct and root cause performance factors that will help increase the speed of your development.

4. Stay motivated - all your effort gets rewarded; everything is delivered in bite-sized chunks at a time that suits your busy schedule and our core coaching philosophy empowers you to recognise your strengths and make changes on your own terms.
