2. Giving experts (coaches, consultants and people inside an organisation) access to our innovative Method Builder – which makes it easy for them to use their digitise their know-how to create these improvement tools.


3. Using Suny to connect you with the right improvement tool at the right time to maximise your growth. Suny is a powerful Augmented Intelligence Development Accelerator that synthesises 1500 scientific performance factors, based on 10 million samples to give everyone personalised insights and improvement suggestions in real time.

In the app you have your own confidential development world (that no-one sees except you!), plus shared organisational and group worlds.



In each world, you can add Focus Areas – things you want to improve – and Suny, your AI coach, supports you to achieve them.


The app enables you to:



1. Quantify your current status – do ratings and diagnostics to help you get objective about your personal strengths & weaknesses, plus those of your team or organisation


2. Improve continuously – we make change easier by supporting you through an Action Learning Cycle where you:


• Explore a factor to understand why it matters and how it relates to you personally
• Nurture it to build powerful capabilities and habits by being nudged to do small, regular skills-building activities

• Reflect on your progress so you can make optimal adjustments to your development trajectory.


3. Accelerate progress – Suny uses the 500,000 connections in her AI brain to give you Insights on direct and root cause performance factors that will help increase the speed of your development.
