Flow Wellbeing is a purpose-built wellness hub created for our Christchurch community. Designed to support both body and mind, Flow Wellbeing brings together movement, therapeutic care, and modern wellbeing practices in a calm, welcoming environment.

Our facilities house Flow Yoga, Flow Therapeutics, Hansa Yoga Therapy, private consultation rooms, and three dedicated studios that support a range of wellbeing-focused practices. Every element of Flow Wellbeing has been intentionally designed to help reduce stress, improve mobility, support recovery, and encourage long-term health and balance.

Flow Yoga offers inclusive, intelligently designed classes suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our non-heated Earth Studio focuses on grounding, restorative movement that helps relieve tension, stress, and immobility. These classes support nervous system regulation, flexibility, and gentle strength, making them ideal for those seeking a slower, more therapeutic approach to yoga.

Our heated Fire Studio offers a deeper, more dynamic experience. The warmth encourages a detoxifying sweat while supporting increased mobility, strength, circulation, and focus. Fire classes provide a full-body practice that challenges and energises while helping you build resilience both physically and mentally.

Flow Wellbeing also offers advanced therapeutic services, including our world-leading LED Lightstim therapy bed. LED light therapy supports recovery, relaxation, and overall vitality, making it a powerful addition to your wellbeing routine.
