Been using flow time for a few months not just for meditation but also for brain wave gamma theta monitoring. It's a great simple device. It's intuitive, easy, has some great free meditations and does a really good job in capturing brainwaves without needing a calibration session at every use like it's biggest more well known competitor. If you want to understand how meditation affects your brain I really recommend its use as part of biohacking/biosensing with other biofeedback devices. A***

Easy to use. I meditate with the Sync tuition program & use unguided every time. The stats for brainwaves seems legit: when I'm visualizing in great detail Gamma is high; when focused on breathing awareness Theta is high; when not focused Beta is low. Like I said: legit. Breath coherence & relaxation stats are a great addition. Very happy with the app.

Very awesome live-streaming brainwave EEG app, heart-brain breathing coherence, meditation tool (with the Flow time headband), and very robust after sessions report with minute by minute fluctuated values during one's session... it's not just for meditation you can wear the headband and record your brainwave activity anytime doing anything. The new app update with the added "Resonant Breathing" really boosted my breathing coherence numbers.

Is it as bad as others have reviewed, yes, yes it is. I have the new Flow time Tag and was excited when it arrived! And that changed quickly. I wanted it for sleep - so if you "try" to record your sleep - don't rotate your phone while it's recording your sleep before ending your session. Gone, never to be found again. As others have said, connection is flaky, so flaky. I have it not connect until I have tried up 7 times. Avoid Flow time and the HW!

Not a good app - will not open as keeps crashing. Also, just a very basic meditation app, when it did briefly work I was not impressed by the content and very limited functionality with the headband. You can't do anything with the data it gathers and there is almost no useful information provided on how to use the data. You certainly don't want to be paying money for this every month, especially when it won't even open anymore. Headband is also just a 190 Euro lump of useless plastic now!
