I'm loving this app and learning at my own pace without pressure. The user interface is nice without being childish, and I like working with flashcards, particularly with pictures rather than words (in English). The only recommendation I have is to include a user's days on the app alongside the streak. That way, if you miss a day, says due to illness, you can still see that you've been dedicated to your learning 🙂.

The app is great and the methodology behind it is one of the best ways to learn a new language. It is a unique approach that you won't find in other apps. I wish there was an offline option for usage.

I liked the Fluent Forever book, but this app leaves a lot to be desired. It is very buggy and crashes a lot. When reviewing flash cards, it often doesn't display the next button in order to move on to the next flash card. EDIT: (November 25) Thank you for the response. I enabled swiping and can now get through flash cards.

The app not only forces you to learn random words and create flashcards for them, but when you try to review the flashcards, it stays on the first one without moving forward. How are you supposed to learn anything?

I tried the app because of how good the Fluent Forever book is, but my first impression is that the app is not very pleasant to use. It might work for some, but I don't want to take a lot of time to sink my teeth in and see if I can get comfortable with it. I think you would be better off leaving the app alone and instead reading/following along with the Fluent Forever book.
