Discover the new simple and innovative tool for:

** MANAGING ATTENDANCE: **
Each employee will have a dedicated and always updated calendar with which to organise:
locations and working timetables, smart working days, holidays, permits, illnesses and overtime.
Just approve the various requests and send them to the payroll processor.

** SMART CLOCKING IN AND OUT, BOTH ON-SITE AND REMOTELY **
On-site or remote attendance management will no longer be a problem.
With four clocking in-and-out technologies and two hardware devices, Fluida is a versatile time and attendance solution and one of the most comprehensive on the market. Compatible with smartphones and badges.

** COMPLETE AND REIMBURSE EXPENSE REPORTS: **
Travelling staff can enter reimbursement claims quickly and easily using the automatic data collection system from invoices and receipts. Thanks to the integration with Google Maps, Fluida automatically calculates the costs of mileage reimbursements for car trips, including in the case of personal vehicles.

** SEND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS: **
With Fluida, the corporate bulletin board becomes digital. From now on, you can send important communications directly to your smartphone and receive confirmation that they have been read. You can also schedule recurring communications, e.g., to request data on a monthly basis or remind you of security rules.

** TRACK THE TIME DEDICATED TO ACTIVITIES **
Tracking time spent on ongoing tasks and projects has never been easier.
Thanks to the daily summary compiled by your employees, you can also receive photos, documents and the geographical location of the activity. And at the end of the month, you can analyse the data received with the dedicated feature.

** SEND PAYSLIPS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO STAFF: **
As you send employment contracts, payslips and other administrative documents, Fluida archives them in folders, making them always accessible to both the company and the employee.
