I cannot get Hausa phones to work. It installs and shows on log as opening and closing but gate does not move. Hausa Nova Y61 and P50 series as well how can this be resolved?

App just shows a blue screen. On both my and my husband's phones. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same issue. Cleared Cache. Same issue.

Sometimes the app takes 5 plus min to register the gate, and I am standing right next to it. This has happened to various people I know both on ios and android. This isn't very safe as sometimes I have to wait in the dark outside the security gate at night waiting for the app to work. Since the last update they also put a link to a fluss add right next to the refresh button and this is extremely irritating as even a small miss click takes ypu to the add and this happens frequently.
