The only access I have at my residence. I appreciate this app, more than my current adress and location. Still testing security risks, but much better than a physical remote, due to losses and theft. The app is easy to set up for basic use. The added apps will get my undecided attention soon. Learning how to set up a geo spot and improving my gate and access knowledge by the day. Thank you for this app, and lifesaver.

Since the update, on my car android auto this app now asks for permission every time. Meaning I have to stop and put my car in park to accept app permission every time I need to open my gate. It didn't do this prior to the latest update.

Hardly works from app on the car (Subaru Forester 2026). States "timed out". However, the app is reliable on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Ultra 26). Could you investigate why the vehicle app is problematic? I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still doesn't work.

The first time I downloaded it, it wasn't showing me my building. Then it worked. One day, it just showed a pop-up when I clicked on it, everything reset, and now it's no longer giving me my building. It's as though my number is not registered.... I tried installing several times...now, I don't have access to my building because 🙄

Requires too many phone permissions, then it forces you to sign-up/log-in using email or google account before even trying the app, and on top of all that, it even forces you to verify with your phone number. What a waste of time and energy. Uninstalled this rubbish! 😡👎🏻
