The app is very useful, but for the last while the access number visitor function has stopped working. If I enter an access number and select the visitor option, the dates and times section does not open up, and I can't save. I have to maintain visitor settings directly on the website now and not in the app. Will give a better rating once this is fixed. EDIT: Bug I reported was fixed within hours, so clearly support for the app is phenomenal 🙂

App DOES NOT WORK. Can't even create an account of inputting username and password multiple times and changing over and over. Very frustrating.

Did a registration just for the app to tell me that there was a mail server issue. So now I need a verification email to use the app, and I never got one. Can't even request a new email to be sent. Highly frustrating, looking like a fool trying to figure this useless app out...!

A useless app, no calls coming through to my phone or my hubby's, can't open the gate from our phones, can't see the balance.... Most expensive useless thing we have ever experienced 😩😩

The app doesn't even want to open on my phone. Cant log in. Need to log in via the web page. Very frustrated and unhappy!
