I'm about to switch cellular service providers because when it comes time to charging my card for auto-renewal it has no problem, but it's been 24 hours later and my service is Dead. I paid for the Ultra Unlimited+ which comes with 25gb of mobile Hotspot. Welp, my plan hasn't been renewed. So now I can't work, and I'm losing money. Now I'm thinking about taking them to small claims court for the damages that have been caused by their service (Horrible service). Oh and now the app doesn't even work

The concept is fine, but in practice it's constantly blocking access, then texting me to ask if it was really me, then DEDUCTING my text response from my credits in order to allow me to access to my own account 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
