INTERNET BAD!! Phone Service Good Internet Customer Service is horrible. Phone service has been fine. I tried the Home Minternet service for 90 days. It was a huge mistake. They are really good about reminding you about the $220 charge if you don't return the equipment but ARE HORRIBLE ABOUT GIVING YOU THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO RETURN IT. Stay Away. GO STRAIGHT TO T-MOBILE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Signed up for a trial. Got emails and notifications saying to sign up for a full account for $15 a month for a year with unlimited data. Used the app to select unlimited data and pay for a year but was charged full price for a 6gb plan instead without warning and told that if I refunded I would lose my phone number permanently. Customer service was useless and kept saying I paid for the plan at the start of my trial. Absolute garbage company
