I love Mint! I do not like how much extra HOTSPOT or extra DATA costs! My phone plan by itself is excellent. Never really slows that much, and it's perfect service. Especially when compared to AT & T! Or Verizon!

Limited unlimited plan? I've had mint for years without issues until this year 2026 when I run out of my mobile hotspot it stops completely whereas in the past it would be throttled but still functional. Now mint wants 20 bucks for 10 additional gigs on an unlimited plan. Ryan Reynolds, how could you do this to us. I use my laptop in absence of an another internet option and need the 10 gigs twice. Your Christmas card isn't an extra 240.00. Visible, doesn't limit their unlimited....

I become very frustrated every time I attempt to use this app. Logging on is such a chore as it never sends authentication codes even though my account info hasn't changed. Seems to work well on my laptop through the web, but when I'm traveling and on my mobile and need to access my account it is impossible. AI bot is anything but helpful.

International purchase took 2 days to complete. App required text confirmation to log in, but I couldn't get the text because I was international. No other options to verify except text. A bit of a catch 22.

The texts that direct you to buy more data are ridiculous. I tried to go to my Mint account from the text, and it wouldn't load because I have no data left! Makes no sense. It wanted all my information entered again. I tried to do that. It is not straight forward. Finally, I closed all apps and tried the mint app again and was able to buy more data. Very frustrating.

Not good. I was overcharged $30 for a year plan. They admit it was their error, (a "glitch" in their system they say). But they still won't refund my money. I have proof the overcharge was deducted from my credit card including screenshots of deduction and bank statement/balance. And, the Mint app even shows I paid the $30 overcharge! They suggest taking it up with my bank. What!?
