Awesome software. Would like beter descriptions instead of acronyms like TRG, PED, etc. Except for that, I don't know how you could improve the user experience.

The app works very well. Except it must have a heavy and slow UI, which takes about 6 to 7 seconds to open, and about 15 seconds to just connect and load the interface. If the loading and connecting speed can be improved. I will be an excellent app.

Doesn't even go past the permission screen, even after I've allowed all permissions, it still keeps sending me to the app settings for permission allowance...

App feels like and afterthought. Quite a clunky installation experience, not obvious how to work the gate remotely, seems I have to be standing next to the gate and effectively re-activate it each time. Really unclear what value this brings, certainly as it's stand it's less useful than a normal remote

The reason I want to use the app is usually urgent. Why does the app ALWAYS first want to update? Even if I just updated minutes ago. It is a waste of time and frustrating. Not nice. To top it off, the update can take very long. I don't know of ANY OTHER APP that requires an update EVERY TIME you want to open it. Your engineers should rethink this, or find another job.
