Had a problem with it staying connect button I fixed it. Once you download the app to your phone, go through the whole setting up and make your password as well. Go to the notification in side the 3+ pro turn everything on as well. Once you have made your password and set everything up, go ahead and delete your 3+pro app and add it back. Then, your phone will ask permission for the app, and then it should stay connected.

I would give this ap five stars except it's been crashing today for no apparent reason. Nothing has changed on my phone for the two years I've used it, plenty of unused memory and so forth. I'm about ready to do an uninstallation and reinstall, but I don't want to lose the data it tracks.

Please fix the bug issue within your app. I can't connect my watch otherwise. Also, did you finally fix the butt dialing while wearing it issue and the names never appearing on the watch when trying to dial issue?
