I'd like to have new and more modern faces for my watch. Outter than that I'm good with the app.

The App is easy to use. The watch works great for what I need mostly the sleep tracker and steps. I do like the added features. Definitely would recommend to anyone that doesn't need a big price tag and name. Great product

My watch stopped charging after 2 months, have uninstalled and factory reset watch, app sometimes works but not others, it's current issue is I can't answer my phone on my phone.
★☆☆☆☆Frank Palmer· Aug 30, 2026
This app won't synch. I have messaged the company and no response or anything done. I have had a hip replacement, 4 back surgeries, passing out spells and need to rely on, as well as seeing my doctors for managing my health. I realize this does not take the place of my doctors, but it is very unreliable.
★★☆☆☆Maciej Grzyb· Aug 10, 2026
Recently, I had problems connecting my watch to the app. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After that, I couldn't log in to my account. I had to register again. I lost 20 months of workout data! Please fix this! I can't log out and back in!
