Recently, I had problems connecting my watch to the app. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After that, I couldn't log in to my account. I had to register again. I lost 20 months of workout data! Please fix this! I can't log out and back in!

This InfoWear App sucks ! The sleep function of my Watch S47 did not work at all ! Even the Bluetooth and the App can connect with the phone and the watch ! Rubbish !

This app won't synch. I have messaged the company and no response or anything done. I have had a hip replacement, 4 back surgeries, passing out spells and need to rely on, as well as seeing my doctors for managing my health. I realize this does not take the place of my doctors, but it is very unreliable.
