If you have a Black View SmartWatch then this is the app for you. Allows you to set up notifications to get sent to your watch from android system or third party apps. I wish that this had more information about how to use your smartwatch. I just found out today I had had Do Not Disturb turned on my watch since I got it last month. To toggle it on or off was very difficult to find and easy to overlook. Also, this app suffers from poor Chinese-to-English translations all over the place.

On android phone's the message updated to Google massage and my raptor watch can't receive massage because of that the app needs to be updated for Google massage
