It's a great app with a great watch. I got it last year and I absolutely love it. The app was having an issue with the weather, but they have since fixed. Also, they have so many cute watch faces to choose from.

I just got the 3+ Mega on Oct. 2. It works great so far, I just wish there was a way to get Dexcom Follow alerts on my device. My mom is a diabetic on a Dexcom G7 & I'm on her Follow list, so I can help her keep track of her Glucose levels, especially at night. Is there any way you all could help with that, or do I need a different app for this particular feature. UPDATE: just found FOLLOW in the watch settings & manually turned on notifications for Dexcom FOLLOW

I want to share my experience with the watch and including the app. I've had this app for 3 years and including the watch. Personally I have spent a lot of money on different watches that have never worked in the past including their apps. I will never ever use a different app or a different watch than this, and I highly recommend. I don't know what I would do without this watch as I've been trying to lose weight for 3 years, and I've lost 50 lb this watch has greatly improved my health.

I have had the watch 12 days...day one battery charger lasted 6 days. Next charge, battery lasted 4 days. Now it lasted only 2 and died overnight while I was sleeping. App user interface could be better to navigate.

I'll change to 5 stars if: PLEASE, FLOG, allow keypad access during calls. Without the keypad you can't check voicemail and can't make any numerical selections with automated answering services. Surprising that I'm the first person bringing this up, It's a critically important feature for calls. Fixing this will drastically improve call functionality & the watch overall. Receiving calls works great. Text messages only come through sometimes and never if the sender uses iPhone. Satisfactory

I went use my phone app and there was an updated user's agreement thing. I clicked agree. There was a screen to sign back in, but I got a message to agree to the agreement which I had already done, and now I can't use my phone app at all because I can't sign in because there is not another place to agree to the agreement. Fix this, and you'll go back to a 5 rating after falling to a 1!

Had similar problems with the 3+ pro app; not receiving notifications, missing rcs notifications, not all apps are available to receive notifications that I was able to get on my old 3+ watch. Would love to see the app and software work better. Also voice assistant / quick replies in messaging don't work. Will update review if problems persist or get resolved. also, please fix the watch face changing with rotating the wheel, or allow us to have only 1 watch face, so it doesn't change inadvertently.
